Your job is to park the prospect as close to problem solved as humanly possible and if possible actually solve the problem for them without having the prospect pay first.

If you can do that you will sell a a great deal of whatever it is you’re selling. I look to do this when considering a product/service to sell and that’s your starting point when deciding on what to sell.

Every prospect has 3 things going for them before they buy

1. They don’t know you nor trust you and only care
about themselves … prospects don’t care who you are

2. They have pain that needs relieving pronto

3. They need to be as certain of the result (pain goes away
completely – crisis cured) BEFORE they buy – they need to
be sure…absolutely 100% sure so your first job is to give them what they want and build trust
